Community Mission project: June 30 (be on the lookout for more info)

July 6th: Ocoee rafting trip (9th-12th). You must sign up by June 21st. Cost $50 and includes lunch. Spots are limited.

Student Life camp at the beach July 16-21. Final balances need to be paid no later than June 14th.

Youth and youth praise band will continue to meet all summer on Wednesday nights except July 5th & 19th.

August 2nd: Back to school family party at rec center.

Youth lake days will be planned throughout the summer. Be on the lookout for info. to be announced at church.

Help replenish our Food Pantry!

We are running low on all Food Pantry items and could use your help to re-stock. You may drop off your donations in the church office. Thank you!

June 12th-16th—Centri-kid Camp. Grades 3– 5 (registration is closed).

June 25th-28th—Vacation Bible School. Ages 3 yrs—5th grade.

July 10th-11th—Camp Iwannago, Ages K-2nd grade, 9:00am—2:00pm.

August 2nd—Pool party at the Guntersville Rec Center. Family night for

all ages. Time TBA.

Deacon and Committee on Committees Nominations

Each church member may nominate TWO individuals to serve as

Deacon. Each church member may also nominate Committee on

Committees members. All nominations must be submitted to the

church office by Thursday, June 15th.

Mature Adults

June 15th at 10:00am — We will leave the church at 10:00am in order

to be at Barry’s BBQ by 11:00am. Let us know if you are going by

signing up in your class.

June 27th — We are planning a trip to the Golden Flake Potato Chip

plant in Birmingham. We will let you know at a later date the time we

will leave the church. Plan to go with us. Please sign up in your class or

call the church office.

A CALL FOR CAPS!!!!!!

------and other items of interest for our fathers at Marshall Manor. Women on Mission are preparing Father’s Day baggies for the men at Marshall Manor and we need help in collecting items. There’s a box in the hall near the library to collect contributions. In addition to caps (of all kinds —new or gently used) magazines like Sports issues and National Geographic are much appreciated. In addition: Men’s handkerchiefs, small packs of Kleenex, deodorant, toothpaste and brushes, pocket combs, puzzle books and pens or pencils, crossword books, sugar free candies and hard candies. Thank you for taking the time to bring smiles to the faces of men at Marshall Manor!! We will need these items by Monday June 12—and thank you!

Lost and Found: cookware, casserole dishes and small appliances have

been placed on a table in the Fellowship Hall. Please stop by and see if any

of the items are yours. Items not claimed will be donated.
