Journeying with Joseph and Kelli—Wednesday Night January 17th

There’s a new time and place for the January Women on Mission this

month. We will be “journeying” as a church family with Martha and Roy Bryant as

they tell of their experiences in Southeast Asia with Joseph and Kelli. Rather than the

usual Thursday morning meeting, this month we will all gather on Wednesday night

January 17, at prayer meeting time, 6:30, in the auditorium, as the Bryants take us on

a virtual journey to the other side of the world.

Frank Jones Ministries will be leading both worship services today.

CDs will be available for purchase after both services.

Security System

FBC’s new security system is now in place and activated. All keys have been

disabled and you will no longer have access to the church building or youth

building. There is a box in the church office for keys, and we ask that you return

keys to us as soon as possible. Thank you.

Book Signing

Rosalie Hunt will be signing her newest book, The Extraordinary Story of Ann

Hasseltine Judson: A Life Beyond Boundaries, next Sunday, January 21, 2018,

outside the library. She will have copies available for purchase before the 8:15am

service, between services, and after the 10:30am service. Books are $22 each.

All proceeds go to missions.

Ark Encounter

A trip is being planned for families to the Ark Encounter in Kentucky, March 23-25.

The cost for the trip will be $100 per person which includes transportation, lodging

for two nights, two breakfasts, two dinners, and tickets to the Ark Encounter. You

will need to bring money for lunches. Please let Melanie Baker or Whitney Mastin

know ASAP if you would like to go. $50 per person is due February 4. Final payment

is due March 4.
