TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To make a booking please call us on 01609 780525 stating:
1. The Date
2. The Event
3. The number of people in the party (specifying adults/children)
• Provisional reservations will be held for 7 days. A full deposit of £10 per per-son, for all persons attending the party, must be paid within this time period to confirm the reservation.
• Failure to make payment within the required period will result in your book-ing being cancelled without notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable and any unused cannot be used to offset final balance payments.
• A minimum of 100 persons must be booked and paid for to qualify for private festive parties.
• For Christmas fayre bookings over 10 people a deposit of £5 per person is required and a pre-order must be provided 14 days prior to your party date along with any dietary requirements.
• Payment in full for festive party nights is required 14 days prior to our event and is non-refundable.
• Dress code for New Year’s Eve is black tie. For all other events dress code is smart casual or fancy dress for themed Christmas party events.
• All menus are subject to change at the discretion of the management.
• Christmas Day pre-order forms will be sent out in advance and are to be returned, along with payment in full by 14th December. Payment is non-re-fundable.
• Please confirm that the date and time of your choice is available before com-pleting a booking form.
• Patrons are subject to hotel general terms and conditions.
• New Year’s Eve pre-order forms will be sent out in advance and must be returned with full payment by 21st December. Payment is non-refundable.
• The hotel is not liable for accident or loss that occurs on the premises at an event or as a result from a persons’ consumption of alcohol.
• Guests are asked to behave in a responsible manner and dress appropriately. Unacceptable behaviour from any guest will not be tolerated and may result in a guest being asked to leave the premises.
• All details are correct at the time of going to print. The hotel reserves the right to alter or amend the content or to cancel an event for any reason. In such circumstances and without effecting your legal rights.
