*Unison Prayer of Thanksgiving and DedicationWe praise you, Lord, for all that happens in this place. We praise you for children who are taught to pray. We thank you for hearts that are transformed through the study of your Scriptures. We are grateful for minds that are opened through the discipleship of others. We express gratitude for doors that are open to all people. We thank you for spirits that are restored through the gift of community. Bless now the gifts we bring to you so that this ministry might not only continue but might grow until all people in our community have experienced your light. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

AND RESPOND IN FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE WORLD

PREPARATION FOR WORSHIPGod of all people, we come this day as many people with many voices and passions and viewpoints. We are many and unique, yet we are all united in you. Through your word spoken today, renew in us the gift of your Spirit that we are one in the body of Christ, through the one baptism and the one holy table where we feast together. Transform the words we have heard so many times before and make them fresh for us today, that we may be reminded again of your abundant love and grace. Amen.
