WELCOME TO BLACK SHEEP Welcome to Black Sheep. Do not be fooled by the ambiguous name that projects your imagination into a British or Irish restaurant, the Black Sheep is a pure Italian restaurant with a particular concept, to be discovered. It opens early in the morning preparing the breakfasts, our team is already here from early morning to operate the bakery, and our bread is made respecting as much as possible the tradition. Our coffee is a 100% Arabica toasted blend in Italy, vegetables and seafood are meticulously selected, and gradually until late night all our dishes are cooked according to traditional recipes. We do not do fine dining and absolutely no fusion. Sometimes we have a little twist to give the best, but always respecting the work that Mother Nature has done without changing too much the original flavours. In our menu we have national Italian and regional dishes, especially comes from Cilento origin where I grew up, an area divided between mountains and coast immersed in the national park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano. We are the “sheep” that stands out from the flock that follows modern culinary trends. The Black Sheep is going to indicate something different in respect of traditions, so close your eyes, and feel the ambience, feel the flavours. Tiramisu 56 Italians believe tiramisu is a strong aphrodisiac, and once you know it’s erotic history you’ll understand

why. At Black Sheep we add more calories with pure chocolate to spice up your night. Eggs, sugar,

mascarpone cheese, and coffee will do the rest! (For the story ask the Chef)

Caprese Almond Cake ( Gluten Free) 47 The caprese cake, from the island of Capri, is a dessert invented by Carmine Di Fiore, around 1920, who

forgot to add flour to the mixture, ingredients such as almonds, eggs, sugar, butter,

and cacao also served with chocolate ice-cream.

Chocolate Lava Cake 79 "Legend has it that this was the result of a serious catering disaster. Someone took them out of the ovens too

early and the center was not cooked and liquefied enough. Well, there was no time to take them off the

plates and bake more, chef simply introduce this cake like “ Chocolate Lava Cake"! Brilliant! "

Limoncello Cake 49 Typical dessert of the island of Capri, maintains some basic ingredients such as almonds, eggs and butter,

but is enriched by the sweetness of white chocolate, which contrasts the scent and aroma acid of lemons. The

addition of the limoncello, then, enhances even more the strong flavor serve with a generous sprinkling of

powdered sugar or accompanied by lemon sorbet.

Apple Strudel 75 Originary from Eastern Europe made by simple dough of flour, water, and small amount of fat, in this case

vegetable oil. Filling with green apple, pine nuts, raisin, lemon, jam, brown sugar. Served with vanilla gelato.

Panettone Gelato 89 The ice cream panettone is a Christmas cake, filled with chocolate ice cream and orange cream, inflamed

with alcohol and icing sugar and washed with dark chocolate
