STANDARD FEATURES
A set consists of one drive unit and one idler unit.
Surface speed steplessly variable from 75 to 1500 mm/min.
Speed regulation through AC/VFD controls.
Forward and reverse rotation along with inching facility.
PV coated rollers.
Pendant control for forward, reverse and stop push button operation.
Input power supply: 415 V, 3ph, 50 Hz.

SCREW ADJUSTMENT TYPE
Shop floor fabricated hollow shaft type gear boxes are sturdy in construction , resulting in vibration free rotation.
Torque –free axle shaft implies easy maintenance and easy replacement of worn out wheels.
As the wheel distance adjustment is infinitely variable, optimum positions can be attained .
Spur gear drive reduces frictional losses.
L.H-R.H lead screw arrangement allows the wheels to move simultaneously either towards each other or away from each other.

Industrial Water Treatment :
Basic functions of water treatment include sedimentation, filtration and disinfection. Some of the general systems and their applications are as follows :
Media Filtration System - Using Pressure Sand filter, Multi grade filter, Activated carbon filter
Softening Plants - Using Strong acid action exchange resins.
Demineralisation Plant - Using ion exchange resins capable of removing all dissolved minerals/ impurities.
Membrane Technology - Using Reverse osmosis, Micro filtration, Ultra filtration. This system is based on the technology of membrane cross-flow filtration process.
Industrial Waste Water Treatment:
Basic functions of waste water treatment is the same as water treatment up to the primary stage but different from the secondary stage. In water treatment we conclude the process with destroying the bacteria, but in waste water treatment we use, promote and process with the bacteria.
Two types of treatment available:
Aerobic treatment - Aerobic bacteria is promoted by incorporation of atmospheric oxygen.
Anaerobic treatment - Where bacteria is developed in the absence of sunlight and oxygen.

Bio-medical waste Incinerators
PED's range of Bio-medical watse Incinerators are designed for safe and economical disposal of human and /or animal waste generated by hospitals,clinics,nursing homes,veterinary institutes and research/industrial laboratories.The Incinerator is specially designed for the safe disposal of bio-medical waste with 85% moisture content for the categories mentioned in the Gazette of India published by Authority in July 27,1998 and subsequent amendment and Central Pollution Control Board guidelines. The Incinerators are fuel fired )gas or oil( systems and their platforms are designed according to capacity. 10-100 kg/hr range uses rectangular platform, the 100-250 kg/hr range uses the cylindrical platform and range for over 250 kg/hr uses rotary kiln platform.
Construction features:- Shaped refractory (precast 46% alumina castables)
- Isolation plates protect the burners from radiation heat when not firing, resulting in long life for sophisticated components of burner control.
- Pre-assembled unit
- Two separate high-pressure jet oil fired burners for primary and secondary chambers.
- PLC auto control.
- Three separate thermocouples with stainless steel sheathing for accurate temperature measurement.
- High quality surface preparation before heat and corrosion resistant paint is applied.
- In-built high grade refractory ventury panels to arrest ash particles within the primary chamber which also creates turbulence.

Ladle Driers / Heaters :
The ladle drying/preheating station essentially consists of low pressure type high velocity burner suitable for operation with Gases/Oils, which is mounted on a tilt type ladle hood and pivoted on structure. The tilting operation will be done electro-mechanically, so that it can be easily placed on the ladle after it is brought below the hood. Similarly after the drying/preheating cycle is over the ladle hood can be lifted upwards, so that the dried/preheated ladle can be taken away.
The combustion air fan, control panels etc. will be located near the fabricated pivot along with control console for the operation of the same. The combustion air, oil pipeline will be connected with suitable flexible hoses of suitable length along with the necessary safety/control equipment.
In case of horizontal ladle driers/heaters the burner system is mounted on trolley hood.
Tundish Preheating / Drying Station :
The Tundish Preheating station are consisting of multiple medium velocity burners suitable for operation with gases/ oil which is mounted on a tilt type cantilever structure supported by two numbers of bearings. The arms and other combustion system shall be suitable for burners.
Pivot pipe and two nos. of bearing at the pivot point support the cantilever structure. The bush bearings are mounted on rigid vertical column structure. The arms are made from standard box type structural part also work as path for combustion air. The combustion blower is mounted on casting platform near vertical column structure. The whole cantilever arm swivels up to 85° by means tilting drive. The burners are protected by insulated cardanic suspension type heat shields. The whole structure is mounted on casting platform. Limit switches as well as Mechanical stopper restricts the movement.

Basic functions of waste water treatment is the same as water treatment up to the primary stage but different from the secondary stage. In water treatment we conclude the process with destroying the bacteria, but in waste water treatment we use, promote and process with the bacteria.
Two types of treatment available:
Aerobic treatment - Aerobic bacteria is promoted by incorporation of atmospheric oxygen.
Anaerobic treatment - Where bacteria is developed in the absence of sunlight and oxygen.

Spur gear drive reduces frictional losses.
L.H-R.H lead screw arrangement allows the wheels to move simultaneously either towards each other or away from each other.
