Materials and Supplies

• All materials and supplies will be provided

• Its suggest that a $40 yearly donation be made to the LBHS ceramics club to help offset the cost of materials that are intended by the student to be personal property

GRADING WEIGHTED 1. Projects: clay assignments, reports and writing/reading assignments

= 50%2. Performance: daily attendance, in class contribution, classroom maintenance = 40% 3. Assessments: quizzes, midterm and final examination, sketches vocab.

NEGATIVE CONCEQUENCES

Fooling around, unsafe use of tools,

supplies, etc, disturbing others all connote

immature behavior and are not acceptable in this elective

class.

*No one has the right to keep anyone from learning or keep the teacher from teaching at any time.

*Respect the rights and opinions of others and no one can make any pejorative or

derogatory comments based on race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

*Do not touch or pick up other student’s work. While, no disrespect might have

been intended, accidents do happen – let’s prevent as many as possible.
