Accessibility Services
Accessibility Services is available for students with documented disabilities
who need classroom accommodations to aid them the learning process.

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
online at FAFSA.ed.gov
Completing the FAFSA will allow you to apply for all available
federal and state aid, including Federal Pell Grant, HOPE Grant,
HOPE Scholarship, and student loans
Complete the FAFSA beginning October 1 every year
Apply for a FSA ID through the FAFSA website
Have the following items (for you and/or your guardians) on
hand to complete the FAFSA
W-2 Forms and other records of money earned
Records of untaxed income
Current bank statements
Business and farm records
Records of investments
Driver’s License and Social Security Card
Date of birth
Answer all questions
List the colleges you are considering. WGTC’s school code

Sign the FAFSA with your FSA ID

WGTC Student Email You were assigned a student email when you were accepted. Your student
email is how the college will communicate with you. Check it regularly! Get
your username through the personal information section in Banner Web. Go
to westgatech.edu/banner and click on student email login. Your username
will be in the format [email protected]. Your initial password
will be your eight digit date of birth - MMDDYYYY.
Orientation
All new students and returning students who have been out for
more than two years must attend Orientation. This is an im-portant event that will
provide you with detailed information that you need as a stu-dent at WGTC. You will register for classes after the infor-
mation session. Orientation is currently being held online.
You can find Orientation online at westgatech.edu/orientation. Follow the instructions and link on the Orientation website to
complete this task!
