Facebook” or “Login with email address”.

Choose any but “Login with Facebook” is recommended. At the time of “sign up” process also if you select “Login with Facebook” then your instagram account is automatically created extracting all your fb profile details. With this you can directly login to your instagram without any login process.

Note: even though you sign up instagram with email id you can login with fb account later by linking both account.

Forgot Password?Forgetting password is common problem while login

process but there is a solution to it which is given below:

First, it’s better to login/sign up instagram with facebook account. With this you don’t need to enter your password as you can directly get login to instagram account.

Second, if Instagram login is done with email address and forgot its password then just click “forgot” which is right inside password column if you are from pc and “forgot your login details?” on phone.
