This self-assessment tool is designed for those who seek to sharpen their clinical skills and keep abreast of therapeutic areas with updated standards of practice. There are 11 books in PSAP-VII. If you have subscribed to the entire series, your first shipment will contain all books released to date. Subsequent books will be sent to you as soon as they are released. Online Testing and Credit Reports All post tests and credit notification for PSAP-VII are Web-based. Access CE Central from the ACCP home page (www.accp.com ) and sign in using your e- mail address and password. You will be directed to online test materials, waivers, and statements of continuing pharmacy education credit. The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) has approved ACCP as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. ACPE credit for each PSAP-VII book is available for 3 years from the date of its release. For individual book release dates, visit www.accp.com/bookstore/psap7.aspx . To receive ACPE continuing pharmacy education credit for a module, an online post test must be submitted for scoring. Continuing pharmacy education credit will be awarded for test scores of 50% and greater. Participants who complete a test can view the explained answers by signing into CE Center on the ACCP home page. Statements of continuing pharmacy education credit will be available online within 10 business days of submitting an ACPE test, excepting tests submitted during the BCPS test period; these statements will be posted online after the BCPS tests are processed. To access the explained answers without submitting a post test, fill out the online waiver form. In completing this form, you waive the opportunity to receive continuing pharmacy education credit for that module. To receive BCPS recertification credit for a module, a post test modules must be submitted during the 3-month period after the book’s release. The first page of each print and online book lists the deadline to submit online tests in order for the credits to apply toward recertification. Tests submitted will be processed and results posted online within 60 days of the test deadline. Only completed tests are eligible for credit; no partial or incomplete tests will be processed. The passing point for BCPS recertification is based on a statistical analysis of test scores for each module. If you receive a passing score, that information will be forwarded to the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS), and an online statement of continuing pharmacy education/BCPS recertification credit will be made available to you.
