West Natuna 3DThe survey is located in a mature basin with potential hydrocarbons in the low relief anticlinesMore than 10 significant oil and gas discoveries have been made in the West Natuna Basin in recent years, of which several are located within the survey area.

Several potential traps and leads over the entire Anambas area have been identified similar in nature to the nearby Naga -1 gas discovery. Other potential structures can be seen eastward of the Terebuk graben system.

A 1 278 sq km subset of the data was reprocessed in 2006 and provides high quality amplitude information, allowing for detailed analysis of the fluvio-deltaic sediment systems. AVO work has been performed in the Anambas area within the reprocessed data.
