As of late I’ve been developing a new belief system. A belief system where I am the co creator of this life that I’ve been privileged enough to experience. Even with its pitfalls ups and downs twist and disappointments, Ive been able to grow and learn from each experience.”Live in the world ,yet be not a part of it ,realizethe truth , be the heart of it” is the foundation of my personal philosophy. I say that because this part of my journey calls for my bravest and the best part of me. And I witness this part of me grow into the individual Im becoming, I can shed away the old ,step out of the shadows be bold .I can go ahead and let my imagination runaway …….and get a way with it..Like the news……. It seems as though the stories that the News is reporting is just enoughto keep us distracted. For the moment there arent any weather related threats. Temps seem to have cooled to at least 10 15 degrees below the average for this time of year in Ga. which is good because it reduces our energy consumption. Thatsgood …..until winter . I expect us to freeze our a**es off. But its the story behind the story that I find interesting. Behind the weather story is HAARP.Last b

log I mentioned HAARP . Its stands for High Frequency Active Aural Research Program.

I looked it up in Wikipedia to get a better understanding.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).[1]

Built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT), its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes.[2] The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air F

orce–owned site near Gakona, Alaska.

The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research I



nstrument (IRI), a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating inthe high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde, and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.

Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993. The current working IRI was completed i

n 2007, and its prime contractor was BAE Systems Advanced Technologies.[1]

As of 2008, HAARP had incurred around $250 million in tax-funded construction and operating costs.

HAARP has been blamed by conspiracy theorists for a range of events, including numerous natural disasters.

I didnt want to give into what conspiracy theorists and some of the material isdiffucult to understand , so I had to sort through a lot of info.

Id heard talk radio show host Alex Jones talk about it, Jesse Ventura visited th

e site of HAARP on tru tv. Even The Xmen had to go through a battle at HAARP.Anddont forget the movie The Avengers. The duo had to battle with mad scientist Sir De Wynter who was trying to control the worlds weather but Uma Thurman and Ralph Fiennes foiled his plot in about 90 minutes. I’m foiling the next plot now (Im jus sayin)I even tried to gather as many fact as I could from as many available sources as I could. I even found a BBC news program show a giant machine in the wetlands creating a cloud . The reporter then goes on to mention that in about 15 minutes that cloud would produce rain somewhere else…… and sure enough it did.Thanks to NASA. Wow, we can send men to the moon and beyond and make a cloud that would produce rain. Too bad that cloud never reached drought ridden areas ofthe world where million of people died. More on that later , but first ,back toHAARP.

One source that I was able to retrieve a wealth of knowledge about HAARP was Dr Nick Begich. I learned about the technologies behind weather manipulation andmind control as well as other “science fiction turning itself into real life facts”. You can find his info if you youtube Dr Nick Begich. I strongly urge you to doyour research. Knowledge is power. Educate yourself.

One thing Dr Begich said really struck a foul chord with me. It was how HAARPtechnology could be used not only for weather manipulation but mind control also .( The CIA conducted experiments in the 70s to see if this technology could beused on an enemy during war , Check the info that’s out there it IS scary) WhatI found even more fascinating was the term Dr Begich used; anomolous human capabilities. This is what carries us to our higher states of awareness(being awareof being aware) The news with its distractions prevents us from reaching those higher states ,thus creating fear and doubt. I think I can illustrate an example;After 911, Congress passed the Patriot Act and it was passed rather quickly without delay or question. The more those images ran on TV, the more fuel the TheAct gained popularity. The popularity helped lead the way for the US to lead theattack. In hindsight what I know now is that it was part of a larger plan. HAARP is not the entire problem. Their technology when used for the advancement andnot the destruction of humanity is beneficial. It is beneficial to humanity to aspire to our complete human capabilities. But when the area of mind control andthe experiments that are done to conduct these tests you cant help see that ,that kind of technology in the wrong hands ………..get the facts ….do the research. And its asad story when you look at the broader spectrum of our Government Politics andLaw. What we are seeing now with worldwide protesting ,peaceful civil demonstrat

ions is because we are becoming more aware of whats happening as well as beingcleverly manipulated into the sense that we need the help that only the Government can give. We are manipulated by what the news tells us about the world that w



e live in. All of the facts that we need are out there and we need to inform andprotect ourselves. My opinions are based upon facts that I’ve researched. I dontclaim to know it all, I just sought out a little bit more than what was beingfed to me .I URGE YOU TO CHECK THE FACTS YOURSELF. YOU GAIN A LITTLE BIT MOREWHEN YOU DARE YOURSELF TO EXPLORE.

I think a lot of the things that the news is reporting are results of a pre exis

ting plan to carry out that which has already been carefully laid. I say that because of the following:

EXECUTIVE ORDERS

On February 16, 1962, President John Kennedy signed several Executive Orders which would allegedly give certain dictatorial powers to appointed bureaucrats in the event a “National Emergency” should be declared by the President — whichever president is sitting in office at the designated time. At the president’s discretion “in any time of increased international tension or economic or financial crisis”, the E.O.’s could theoretically be enacted.

These E.O.’s signed by Kennedy would give authority to the Federal Emergency Management Agency to control: communications, energy, food, fuel, farms, transportation, highways, railroads, inland waterways and seaports, health, education and welfare, drafts citizens into work forces under government supervision; relocationof populations, designates areas to be abandoned as ‘unsafe’; relocates communities, and controls all public storage facilities.

On February 27, 1962 Kennedy signed E.O. 11051 designating FEMA as the authorized agency to implement the above orders, and which authority can be re-designatedby the original authority.

President Nixon signed E.O. 11490 combining all the above to be enacted in one fell swoop; on July 20, 1979 Carter added a few minor amendments to them; and, in

June, 1994 then president Bill Clinton signed E.O. 12919, which appears to encompass all of the E.O.’s.

We have found no Executive Orders that would nullify any of the above, so it appears they are all considered to be on the books at the time of this posting.

Given there is no Constitutional authority for any president to declare a “National Emergency,” we have wondered how the orchestraters of this plan expected to successfully execute the E.O.’s.

The plan for total control of every aspect of our lives has been under construction for a long time. As you read these executive orders, bear in mind that theymean nothing by themselves. They are not law, nor can they become law by and ofthemselves.

However, under legislation that is currently pending in most (if not all) states, they could potentially take on significant meaning.

The Emergency Health Powers legislation, pending in state capitols all across America — if passed — would give the governor the power to declare a state of health emergency by executive order. He then would be able to hand the reigns of power to whomever he chooses — including the state’s emergency management agency, which could essentially act as an arm of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Apart from — and sometimes combined with — these Emergency Health Powers Acts are va

rying forms of “anti-terror” bills that are virtually redefining the words “terror,” “terrorism,” and “terrorist.”



States are busy right now, creating their own versions of the federal Office ofHomeland Security. These state offices will oversee the process and details of the implementation of these orders. That is why it is so critical to get the legislation stopped in the states. After you’re done reading these executive orders, you might wish to print them out

and take them to your state legislators, to emphasize to them the importance ofdefeating the bills that are currently pending, that would be the final piece needed to implement the controllers plans.

Executive Order #10995: Seizure of all communications media in the United States.

Executive Order #10997: Seizure of all electric power fuels and minerals, publicand private.

Executive Order #10999: Seizure of all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control of highways, seaportsand waterways.

Executive Order #11000: Seizure of all American people for work forces under federal supervision including the splitting of families if the government finds itnecessary.

Executive Order #11001: Seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities,public and private.

Executive Order #11002: Empowered the postmaster general to register all men, women and children in the U.S.

Executive Order #11003: Seizure of all airports and aircraft.

Executive Order #11004: Seizure of all housing and finance authorities to establish Forced Relocation Designated areas to be abandoned as “unsafe.”

Executive Order #11005: Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, public and private.

Executive Order #12919: Signs June 3, 1994, by President Clinton. Encompasses all the above executive orders.

A lot of the issues that are rising to the surface is because of those orders. Everyday the above orders affects each and every one of us. I made it my business to be aware . For a lot of people it affects them adversely. And the people who don’t know. These are the people who unknowingly are being manipulated not to believe any such thing could happen.Then there are the people who say that’s notfor us to do ,let someone else take care of that.My opinion is someone IS taking care of that. They are creating the environment whereas we will NEED help ,and willingly give up our sovereignty to survive. If you look above carefully youcan see how those orders are being incorporated into our daily lives more and more. Take Agenda 21 and its antics along with The Patriot Act , add HAARP youvegot a plan for………….A major HOLLYWOOD blockbuster? NO Its science fiction turning itselfinto real life with you and I as the extras . Only thing is I’m not accepting therole as victim in the script that they’ve written. I’m going to make myself aware ,

educate my self and those around me, protect my self with the facts share the info, use social networking as a tool for gaining knowledge and pass it along.
