The public is invited to play the pianos at their leisure, as well as enjoy pop- up performances. The Labyrinth of Rome 402 Civic Center Drive Created as an adapve reuse of an amphitheater built by the Works Progress Administraon in the 1930s. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has only one path and the intenon is not to confuse, but rather to help one focus. The path into the center is a form of meditaon. As you reach the center, stresses and concerns of the world slip away from your consciousness. Myrtle Hill Cemetery 20 Myrtle Street On the Naonal Register of Historic Places. Founded in 1857, Myrtle Hill is the final resng place of many famous Romans including Ellen Axson Wilson, First Lady of the United States. Tree tour guides are available at the Visitor Center & download the Myrtle Hill app for self guided tours. Oak Hill & the Martha Berry Museum 24 Veterans Memorial Highway 706-368-6789, berry.edu/oakhill The formal garden & fountains are masterpieces of beauty that have been recognized as one of only a few All-American Display Gardens. The museum houses a remarkable collecon of art and exhibits of Martha Berry’s life and work in founding the Berry Schools. Tours also include three outbuildings. This aracon is on the Naonal Register of Historic Sites and is rated a AAA Star Aracon. Mon - Sat, 10am - 5pm. Adults $8. Seniors $7. Students $5.Children 5 & Under Free, Group rates available.
