Helpful Hints...

BeverageTea or Coffee maximum 3 cups per day and all diet soda drinks should be limited to one per day.

Drink WaterDrink at least eight glasses of water a day.

AlcoholEverything in moderation - a glass of red wine is better than white, add soda water for a longer drink. Whiskey - Gin - Vodka are fine with soda water - please keep clear of fizzy drinks and mixers.

Snacks and Foods to AvoidAll the usual suspects - French Fries, Chocolate, Crisps, Biscuits, Cakes etc. - also limit processed foods as they contain lots of sugar.

If you feel like a snack - Almonds, walnuts, Macadamia Nuts are all good.

Carrot or Celery Sticks or a small piece of cheese can also do the trick.

Fruit & vegetablesWe recommend that you follow the Government’s advice by having 5 daily portions to help the body balance.

REMEMBER - Using YouSlim is a long-termre-education for your body.

As with any change of diet, it is recommended that you reduce food portion gradually.

A 50% reduction of carbohydrate will start you on your road to overall weight loss, fat loss and

Exercise...YouSlim recognises that exercise is important. To increase activity levels, try the following

- Start walking 20 minutes a day, two to three times per week

- Use stairs instead of escalators

- Park further away from yourdestination and walk the rest of the way

- Join local exercise or yoga class

- Use an exercise app to measure your activity levels
