Pastor Tom
God is so very good to us all of the time. The Bible says, “wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” We have been set free to praise the Lord! We have been set free to follow the Lord. Are you giving thanks to Him?
Our church is currently geared up knee deep in mission work. Praise the Lord! We loved on the community at our Fall Festival. We have been gathering backpacks and preparing to take them to Tennessee in the coming week. We have also been preparing shoeboxes to travel outside this country. We dedi-cated the backpacks this past Sunday at the close of our service, and tonight, we have our mission emphasis where
we will finish up these two mentioned projects making sure we have each of our backpacks boxed up and on the trailer and each of our shoeboxes stuffed with their appropriate items with love.
I am asking you to come to church this Sunday prepared to offer your praise to God for who He is. May you also come with praise on your lips. We will cele-brate baby dedication. We will celebrate a banquet feast after worship as you bring your favorite food to share with our church family. Before sending off our mission team to Tennessee, we will celebrate The Lord’s Supper together in a unique way around the table as part
of our Church Thanksgiving Meal. Please plan on staying and being a part of our church family together. It is good to be a part of the family of God.
As we join together with the Lord serving Him hand in hand with one another as the Family of God, I know the best is yet to come!
