Comments : Some issues regarding basic hygiene rules - Action to do followed up by the doctor and both HSE – BI MONTHLY inspection is planed

Rig inspection: 1 –

Comments : Rig acceptance will be continued after Ngiri2 – The most important point has been checked before to start the operations( rig power plant, lifting equipment, mud quarter & BOP – Koomey)

Drills - training

Drill muster pointPositive points:

 Good involvement of all rig crews

The number of Tcard match the number of people on site

  Points to be improved:

 3 TCard was in wrong position,

assuming that 3 peoples stayed within the location.

Some peoples came to the muster point slowly with hands in their pockets

HSE weekly focus

Recommendations in case of alarm on rig site :

To be aware regarding the different alarm sounds

To know the position of the muster point and the emergency exit in opposite side

To follow rigorously the Tcard management system implemented on site

To stop immediately all activities and to reach the muster point fastening (no running)

To secure his work place before to leave.

The emergency exit door has to be closed but no locked
