As soon as you dream your desire and connect with it energetically by really feeling it, it already exists. It is now just a matter of allowing it to flow in to your life.

You must realise that energetically, it is already manifested. Manifestation is simply about allowing the energy of what you desire to come in to form.

It is your job to keep yourself in a positive, receptive energy so that you can allow what you want to come to you.

You do this by feeling good. Feeling good about where you are, and feeling good about what is coming. When you are connected to that space of love and positivity within you, you are in a perfect place to receive more things in to your life that create feelings of love + positivity.

This week we are going to be discussing your manifestation tool kit. This will be a process that you can draw on time and time again to support you in creating your dreams.

This tool kit is not so much about action, as it is about energetic alignment. These are a range of process that will support you to draw towards you what you desire.

The manifestation mindset = 1) Focusing on how you want it to be, rather than how it is 2) Noticing what is already great about where you are 3) Not getting caught up on the details. Don’t worry about HOW it will happen 4) Creating something because you love it, not because you need it 5) Spending time every day connecting with the feeling of what you desire

Use the following 2 pages to write about what you desire for your life. Write this in the present tense as if it is true. Describe each area of your life as

you want it to be. Describe how you will feel when you are living this.

This is your new story. This is the story you are going to begin to tell yourself about your life.

This is where we begin to cultivate the type of mindset you need to support the manifestation of your desire.

What thoughts do you need to think in order to allow this desire to manifest?

Examples: by creating a vision board to look at daily, journaling about my desire, visualising, repeating affirmations, creating a pinterest board, writing a vision statement to put on my pinboard, making a image collage

and saving it as my desktop background etc..

EXERCISE : DESIRE CREATION AUDIO TRACK

This exercise is something that I have recently taken on board in my own life and I love it. I highly recommend you give it a go.

What you are going to do is record an audio track for yourself. This will be something that you can sit down and listen to everyday.

This will be an audio of your voice, describing your dream life to yourself and telling yourself that you can have it.

Here is what you will do

1) Choose a method to record your audio. Options include - Garage Band Software (on a mac) - Download Audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ - Voice Memo app on your Iphone.

2) Take your desire script from Worksheet 1 and read it out loud. You can either read it as “I am living my dream life. Everyday I wake up and.. etc” Or you can read it as though you are talking to yourself “Connie, you are living your dream life. Everyday you wake up and … etc” It is up to you

2) You can add in anything that you would like to this audio. You can say positive and empowering affirmations to yourself. You can paint a picture of how it will feel when you have these desires. You can even tell yourself all of the reasons why this is possible. Include whatever you like!

3) This about you creating something where everyday you can hear your own voice affirming to you that everything you desire is coming to you. You will hear your own voice telling yourself what it is like to live your dream life.

4) Once you have recorded the audio, put it on your ipod and set aside time each day to listen to it. If you cannot set aside time, you can even plug it in and listen to it on your way to work or while you are making dinner.

5) Update your track whenever you feel you want to. Add in more details or as your desires manifest you may want to record new ones to reflect the new dreams you are dreaming!
