SUMMARY OF BONDRESOLUTION

Set forth below is a sum-mary of said resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Penn Yan on April 30, 2013.

1. The resolution is entitled “SUPERSEDING BOND RES-OLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VIL-LAGE OF PENN YAN, YATES COUNTY, NEW YORK (THE “VILLAGE”), AUTHORIZING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF AND RESURFACING OF VAR-IOUS ROADS THROUGHOUT THE VILLAGE; STATING THE MAXIMUM ESTIMATED COST THEREOF; APPROPRIATING AMOUNTS THEREFOR; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSU-ANCE OF UP TO $359,000 IN SERIAL BONDS OF THE VIL-LAGE TO FINANCE SAID AP-PROPRIATION”.

2. The specific object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the financing of the reconstruction and resur-facing of various roads through-out the Village, including the construction or reconstruc-tion sidewalks, curbs, gutters, stormwater collection facilities and other drainage improve-ments, landscaping, grading, and other related and incidental expenses.

3. The period of probable usefulness is 15 years.

4. The amount of obliga-tions authorized to be issued is $359,000.

A complete copy of the bond resolution summarized above shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, New York.
