CroquemboucheThis traditional French wedding cake is a speciality of our pastry chef. A Sumptuous tower of cream filled profiteroles held together with spun toffee, served to your with fresh cream and chocolate ganache.

Celebration Cake For a spectular 1, 2 or 3 tier celebration cake we recommend Judi Clelland of Cake Fantasy. Please note a cake handling fee applies when providing your own wedding cake. The fee includes presentation and serving with selected condiments and sauces.

Melanesian Warrior Escort Four Melanesian warriors in traditional costume will escort the bride to the ceremony. Following the ceremony their tuneful harmonies provide a romantic backdrop to the signing of the register andtaking of photographs.

LaewatoaA 20 minute cultural performance showcasing dances from their island in the Banks group, Laewatoa (or ‘the coconut hats’) will startle, thrill and delight your guests.
