You bring your honey, and we’ll bring our talent to make your event stand out in your memory forever.
Wedding Design, wedding planning, wedding photography, day of
coordination, rentals, catering, horse-drawn wagons or tractor pulled
haywagon from ceremony site to round barn or guests from parking lot to
ceremony site, set-up and breakdown of the Round Barn.

All building rentals are from 11 am until 12 am. Must be cleaned and checked out by 10 am.
The Round Barn • $6,000/day
Hand-milled rough-sawn lumber, gorgeous reclaimed beams with cathedral
ceiling – an altogether spectacular 5,000+ square-foot venue for your special
event. Includes use of patio and fire pit.
The Clubhouse • $2,500/day
Featuring hand-milled, rough-sawn lumber from the old mill on the ranch. Our
clubhouse offers a full kitchen, comfy living space, event space for 50, a gorgeous
bar, and tranquil outdoor deck space for guests to relax and unwind.
Beauty Salon • $300/6 hours
Located in the clubhouse, this space is wonderful for couples who want to get
ready in a beautiful space on the ranch.
Ceremony Site • $750/3 hours
Including the grove, hilltop, or pond-side accommodations.
The Cabins • $325/night
Ten beautiful, rough-sawn Douglas fir cabins, handcrafted from the mill on our
ranch. Featuring luxury bedding, kitchenettes and private bathrooms. Perfect for
out of town guests to stay close for the day or week.
Glamping Tents • $150/night
Eight raised platform tents offer a rustic Montana experience, offering luxurious
beddings and solar lights.
Vintage Campers • $100/night
Six refurbished, fully-outfitted campers with space for two people (one queen bed
per camper). These campers are circa 1950 with chic, remodeled decor and luxury
bedding. Camper guests will be dry camping with access to the clubhouse.
Bridal Salon • 6 hours of use • $500
Groomsroom • 6 hours of use • $500

We want you to experience all the wonderful things Montana has to offer and are happy to assist with any off-site activity
planning, however, we do offer some wonderful activities and experience right on the Ranch!
Horse Trail Rides • $65/1 hour • $120/2 hours
Experience the beauty of our 500 acre ranch on horseback. Our guides will
offer personal instruction. 7 guests per trail ride, riders must be 8 years or
older, no persons weighing over 250 pounds, available Tuesday-Sunday.
Missouri River Float • $45/person
Enjoy a kayak/float on the Missouri River. We will shuttle you to Headwaters
State Park where you will put in your kayaks, you will enjoy a 2.5 - 4 hour
float (depending on the season and speed of the River) to Fairweather Boat
Ramp and we will pick you up there to take you back to the Ranch. Kayak
rental and life vests included.
Lawn Games • Set-Up and Rental — $100 for all games
Lawn bowling, life size jenga, bags, lawn checkers, horse shoes, yardzee,
bocce ball, ladder ball, ring toss, croquet.
Self-guided hiking and trail-running adventures
A custom ranch map to guide you on your adventure as you explore 500
acres and beyond.
Bird Watching Outing
Bird watching of Montana guide book, map of ranch habitats, fun facts and
cheatsheet for fun day out. Songbirds, birds of prey, ducks, cranes, pelicans,
and many more live along our wetland creek.

Reset Fees
When our staff is required to change the layout of the barn or clubhouse
for your event or during your event a reset fee based upon the complexity
of the reset may be applied.
Coordination/Design
If you exceed the two hours of coordination and design included in our
packages then you will be charged $50 an hour - we will be sure to
communicate to you when and if you are going to be charged for
coordination or design hours ahead of time.
Rental Items
Our packages include tables and chairs for 150 but beyond that additional
use of tables, chairs, arches or other rental items are subject to rental fees.
We have a long list of beautiful items available for your use and of course,
we will discuss items you are interested in renting.
Bar Costs
Our Ranch is a licensed establishment and therefore, per Montana state law,
we can not allow outside alcohol. We have many wonderful options for you to
choose from for your bar catering. Bar catering starts at $28 per person for
fully hosted events (average).
Catering Costs
We are proud to offer wonderful food, customized menus and
outstanding service to our clients. We do not allow outside catering.
Catering costs vary greatly and we are happy to work with many different
budgets. Catering costs typically start at $35 per person (including food,
dishware, china and flatware rentals and service).
Additional Labor Costs
While the majority of set-up, clean-up and service is included in the
package or with catering you may encounter additional labor costs if our
team is asked to go above and beyond - for example, decorating for you or
washing outside rental items. We will, of course, communicate these costs
to you as your request these extra items.
Gratuity
We believe in treating our team well and with respect, part of that
means paying out team well. We add a 20% gratuity to all catering,
bar service and event labor.
