Surrounded by panoramic views of the Berkshires with a backdrop of the historic village and heirloom gardens, the Event tent is the perfect site for your reception or event. This space includes permanent flooring under the tent, white garden chairs and round tables.

Outdoor Gardens: 300 guests With the iconic 1826 Round Stone Barn serving as a backdrop, the heirloom flower and medicinal herb gardens create a memorable scene for your ceremony, outdoor party, rehearsal dinner, or cocktail reception.

1826 Round Stone Barn: 250 guests The only circular barn ever built by the Shakers, the Round Stone Barn is widely recognized as an architectural icon and agricultural wonder. With two levels, a balcony, and 360 degree views, this iconic barn is a fabulous space for guests to enjoy both the historic architecture and surrounding landscape. It is an exquisite setting to host your ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner and dancing. This space includes chairs and tables.

Brick Ell in the 1826 Round Stone Barn: 125 guests Conveniently attached to the Round Stone Barn, this rustic space is perfect for you and your party to get ready. It can also function as an intimate atmospheric setting for a cocktail reception, rehearsal dinner, or party.

1910 Barn: 175 guests An historic hayloft with modern lighting. With perfect acoustics, this rustic Shaker barn has beautiful architecture, and large barn doors that swing open to the gorgeous rolling hills and lambs in the fields…a view you can’t beat.

1878 Poultry House Gallery: 75 standing - 50 seated indoor only/ 100 - 150 indoor/outdoor
Overlooking heirloom gardens, the cheerful and sunny Poultry House Gallery will allow your guests to enjoy the beauty of the natural landscape in a gallery setting. It’s a charming creative space to host a dinner, private luncheon, party, “think tank” meeting, indoor/outdoor cocktail reception, or other small business and social events.

1830 Brick Dwelling Meeting Room: 75 guests In the Brick Dwelling, host your ceremony amongst the historic ambiance of Shaker architecture and furniture. With your dinner in the nearby dining room (and access to the historic kitchen), your guests will be transported back in time for an unforgettable evening.

Looking for a more traditional setting?
1793 Shaker Meeting House: 100 guests More than three hundred Shakers met here on Sundays, and many famous people visited, including Charles Dickens and James Fenimore Cooper. The Shakers danced, and there is a large open dance floor that you can use for your ceremony, or a dinner, party, or reception.

Leander Community Hall: 75 guests Centrally located just off the entrance courtyard, this year-round space is ideal for retreats, conferences, meetings, or other small business and social events. Includes projection screen and conference call capabilities. Fully handicap accessible and close to modern facilities.

The Believer’s Room: 110 guests With our newly renovated Believer’s Room, this is the perfect space to host your year-round event – whether it be a workshop, dinner, meeting, or family reunion, this space is equipped with modern amenities and has convenient access to the Seeds Café and modern amenities. Fully handicap accessible.
Seeds Market Cafe: 75 guests The Seeds Market Cafe has easy access to The Believer’s Room and Leander Community Hall. Centrally located, this space is handicap accessible and is close to modern facilities.
