(1) Included as part of your booking is a 1-2-1 catch up at the venue with me to talk through the music for your day, i .e. the location of the band within the venue, your t imeline for your event and music choices etc.

(2) On the day, we arrive for bump in (the load in of equipment) between 1-2hrs prior to the start of the performance, to set up the PA. This early arrival t ime is included in the quote. I f early set up is required 2+ hrs prior to performance t ime (i .e. set up before the

ceremony), there may be an early sound check fee. (3) We provide you with hire of wireless microphone for speeches i f required.

(4) We wil l provide some stage area l ighting for the band if the function is an evening event. (5) The band plays in 45-50mins blocks with breaks between sets. These breaks are useful for speeches.

(6) We provide background music between sets where there are no speeches. (7) In terms of song choices, you wil l receive our repertoire to choose songs from. The aim is 10-12 songs per set. I t takes the band

approximately 30-40mins to fully sound check so I al low for this in the t imeline. (8) Just a quick note, with all packages the ‘call t ime’ refers to the t ime from beginning of playing to the end of performance. This is

quoted as consecutive hours. We provide set up for no additional cost i f i ts 1hr prior to start of playing t ime. I f an earl ier set up t ime is required there may be additional fees.

(9) With booking of a l ive music and DJ package, we provide you with DJ Documents to complete for a brief to the DJ regarding guests and your music tastes. Plus, we send a l ist of 200 top most requested songs of 2016 (I ’m just compiling one for 2017). You can go

through this and cross/t ick songs you l ike to further brief the DJ or, simply compile a l ist of songs you l ike.(10) The l ive music and DJ wil l need to be in the same posit ion as the DJ wil l uti l ise the PA the musicians are using. In other words,

unfortunately, with the package, the DJ is required to be in the same spot as the l ive music.
