SEMI-FULL COORDINATION. A&K will be incharge in the Church and Venue reservations/bookings except the processing of the Wedding Requirements, Marriage license etc.. We will go over your initial preparations and contracts with suppliers. We will advise you on all other concerns you may have missed. This includes ON THE DAY COORDINATION, negotiation and booking of other suppliers, consultation and follow- ups with suppliers. Turn over should at least be 6months before the event.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION SERVICES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The total price is TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php223,800.00) which also includes transportation, handling set-up and operation of equipments.

2. 50% Payable upon booking or reservation.

3. 25% Payable one month before the event.

4. 25% Two weeks before the event.

5. Client shall provide a meal for all the event staffs .
