Refunds and exchangesSince we custom make most of �e items on an order-by-order basis we do not accept returns or do refunds unless one or more of �e conditions below apply:
- Your product was in a damaged or broken condition when you received it and you can provide proof �at you received it in �at condition. - We for whatever reason shipped �e incorrect product/order.
Please note �at where applicable, courier costs will be deducted from your refund. We’ll always �y to replace �e product before approving a refund.We cannot exchange your product unless it meets one or more of �e requirements for a return above. Custom made products e.g. hangers wi� a custom name or wedding date cannot be exchanged. Additional charges may apply to cover courier fees.
