The Sample Survey Si ze of th e , Divi sion should be In proportion to the Urban and rural consumer mix. • The Consulting Houses must have executed at least two numbers of similar assignments (Impact Study on Consumer Response) in PSU or State / Central Govt.! organizations/Electricity Utility during last two years reckoned from the date of NIT(Notice Inviting Tender). ·Total number of assignments with sample sizes put together from the two numbers of similar assignments should not bc le ss than 5000 consumers. RFP Sentence for Reference Clarification

• 90% of payment/ consultancy fee for the assignment shall be released after the acceptance of final report (submitted by the consultant) on "Impact Study on the multi-media Public Awareness Campaign on Electricity implemented across the State Of Odisha" by the Core Committee along with following documents;

• 20% of payment/consultancy fee shall be released against the Mobilization Fees, after submission and approval of inception report by the Core Committee. • 15% of payment/consultancy fee shall be released after submission of Survey report of

Electricity Utility with sample size of a minimum of 5000 consumers during last two years reckoned from the date of NIT(Notice Inviting Tender) . SI. 12 is hereby added to this Technical Details which reads as follows; 12. At least two years of proven experience of conducting Impact Study on Consumer Response related to Power Distribution Sector in India (copy of proof to be enclosl:d in respect of assignmen ts with sam pi!;! size)

Also, in consideration to the request of some bidders, the last date for submission of bid for the above mentioned RFP is

rescheduled to 26/5/2016 (Wednesday) up to I P.M. and bids opened on the same date at 3.30 P.M.

Unless otherwise indicated, all other terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal remain the same.
