RELI is adept in content strategy and UI/UX design utilizing industry leading tools and technologies bound by standards such as Section 508, US Digital Services, and FISMA.
RELI integrates and administers a variety of specialty software to support the development of: intranet and public-facing websites; and business collaboration, content management and workflow management solutions. Our web support is all en-compassing, bringing the right resources to support requirements and meet client objectives.
RELI has solved some of the most complex issues, tackled new technologies, and delivered lean-agile management strate-gies and web integration solutions, balancing innovation to achieve optimal outcomes. We are experts in agile and can employ the appropriate framework at CMS using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Using our Agile & DevOps framework, RELI help customers significantly reduce cost, increase delivery efficiency, save revenue for other investments, and effectively utilize resources to strategically aligned initiatives. Our approach to providing digital government services is to leverage EPLC, SDLC, and XLC frameworks along with our pragmatic, real-world expertise through this methodology.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
RELI provides content and data support to the CMCS Division of Communication and Outreach (DCO) in two ways: ongoing operations and maintenance and content strategy for Medicaid.gov, InsureKidsNow.gov, and Data.Medicaid.gov. Through these activities, we not only ensure that the existing sites are up-to-date and adhere to current web best practices and CMCS style guides, we actively collaborate with DCO to enhance and modernize their websites, including conducting audi-ence research, developing revised website structures and content, and designing data visualizations.
Accomplishments (Since project kick-off in April 2018)• Launched Scorecard 1.0 in June 2018• Revised SOP for web content updates to clarify expectations of content owners and increase transparency in request
timelines• Developed SOP for 508c to ensure consistent and clear expectations of content owners and reduce time to complete
requests• Kicked-off Drupal Migration planning – currently in requirements gathering phase• Contributed to draft proposed structure for Medicaid & CHIP Scorecard 1.5, working closely with DCO and other vendors• Working to develop revised Information Architecture for Medicaid.gov to improve user experience and increase findabili-

RELI supports HighPoint Global on the Training, Quality, and Content contract (“TQC”) within CCCS. Our staff provide training, technology, independent quality assurance, content development services and process improvement solutions in support of the Contact Center Operations (CCO) at CMS. To support HighPoint in this initiative, RELI provide staff in these roles: Data Analyst, a System Support Specialist, Media Developer, Content Manager, and a Sr. Instructional Designer.
