I would like to share some information with you about The Owners Club at Barton Creek, located in the Texas Hill Country, adjacent to Omni Barton Creek Resort in Austin, Texas. The Owners Club has 24 individual well-kept homes which are 2600 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each home is well appointed and perfectly maintained.

As a fractional owner of one of these properties, you receive 27 nights a year to use with flexible vacation times of 3, 4, 7, 14 or 21 night increments. When in residence you will also receive full access to the Resort and Country Club facilities along with "cart-fee” only golf for owners, any children under 21 and discounted rates for friends and family on all 4 of the Barton Creek championship golf courses. These world-class courses were designed by Tom Fazio, Ben Crenshaw, Bill Coore, and Arnold Palmer. Also while in residence, there are member discounts at the Resort restaurants, retail shops, and on spa treatments.

In addition, all owners of the Owners Club at Barton Creek have golf and member privileges at our affiliate Owners Club home locations: Hilton Head, The Homestead, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This truly sets the Owners Club above all other fractional interests and timeshare properties.
