During the pandemic people were told to stay at home and save lives. What did this mean? (If you are not in school – discuss with a grown up)But some people couldn’t always stay at home these people are called key workers. Over the next few days we are going to look at the roles of different key workers and how their jobs have been crucial during the pandemic. Today we will look at: NHS workersTask 1: Make a list of all the people you can think of who would be classed as NHS workersTask 2: Now ask a grown up or brother/sister to see if they can think of at least 5 moreTask 3: Pick 5 of those people from your list and write down what their role might include for example: Hospital cook: Makes the food for poorly patients Task 4: Make a thank you card for 2 of those workers?
