Take for example, “Let’s eat, Grandma!” versus “Let’s eat Grandma!” Double-check the use of apostrophe in contractions- they + are = they’re (you’re, we’re). Did + not = didn’t (don’t, can’t). Remember that the apostrophe takes the place of the removed letters but sometimes, you need to rearrange the letters a bit when you contract the words- will not- won’t.
