Potato PancakesIngredients:5-6 medium potatoes1 large onion1 egg¾ cup flouroil for frying
Shred potatoes and onion in food processor. Place potatoes and onions in medium mixing bowl. Stir in egg and flour. Mix until flour is no longer visible. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Tip: place the end of a wooden spoon in the oil, if bubbles for around the bottom, your oil is ready.Cook on both sides about 5 minutes each or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream or ketchup.
