GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN HIGHER EDUCATION (RCHE) The course structure for the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education can be found in the 2018 University Handbook .

STEP 1: APPLYApplications are made via the Course Application Management System (CAMS) and take approximately 15-20 minutes. You can save and return to your application at any time.

A) REGISTER FOR AN APPLICANT ACCOUNT

Visit the La Trobe University Postgraduate Application page and select ‘register now’.

Select and view the VTAC Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Tick the confirmation boxes and select ‘Proceed’

Select ‘Proceed’.

Enter your name, gender and date of birth details.

Select ‘Proceed’.

Enter your citizenship, country of birth and language details.

Select ‘Proceed’.

Enter your address, phone and email details.

Select ‘Proceed’.

Enter and verify 4 digit PIN.

Select ‘Proceed’.

Create and answer two security questions.

Select ‘Proceed’

B) APPLY FOR THE COURSE

The details you have submitted will appear. Check the details are correct and select ‘Complete My Account’.

You have now created your account. Select ‘Apply Now – Go To My Account’

Select ‘Make a course application’.

Read the application information and select ‘Proceed’.

Read and agree to the application terms and conditions.

Tick the declaration and select ‘Proceed’.

Read the education history information and Select ‘Proceed’.

After entering your education history click ‘Proceed’.

If you need to amend any details you can do so now. If not, tick that you confirm and select ‘Proceed’.

You are now ready to apply for the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (RCHE). Select ‘Proceed’.

Once a formal offer has been given you can proceed to STEP 2: ACCEPT.

STEP 2: ACCEPT

Once a formal offer has been made you can accept online by visiting the Accept your Offer page and following the instructions.

STEP 3: ENROLAfter accepting your offer you can enrol in your subjects via StudentOnLine by visiting the Enrolment page and following the instructions.

Select the Graduate Certificate of Higher Education from the Course drop down selection. Select ‘Add course to application’.

Select ‘Proceed’.

Review your application selection and select ‘Proceed’.

Your application has now been successfully submitted! A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided
