Propósito de aprendizaje:

Conocer el uso del pasado simpleen Inglés y la correcta pronunciación de los verbos en pasado.

INTRODUCCIÓN

A través de la guía se pondrá en práctica las estructuras del pasado simple en sus tres formas gramaticales, uso de vernos regulares e irregulares y auxiliares ( Did / Didn't).

¿QUÉ VOY A APRENDER ?

El correcto orden de las estructuras para formar oraciones afirmativas, negativas e interrogativas en Inglés teniendo en cuenta la formación de los verbos en pasado.

CONCEPTUALIZACIÓN LO QUE ESTOY APRENDIENDO El pasado simple es el tiempo verbal que se usa en el idioma Inglés para narrar hechos que ocurrieron en un momento específico en el pasado.

El pasado simple generalmente tiene expresiones de tiempo que hacen alusión al pasado, tales como : yesterday, last night, last week, last month, last year, last tuesday, last summer, etc.

En la formación del pasado para los verbos regulares se les agrega ( ed ) y si el verbo termina en e solo se le agrega ( d ).

Mientras que para formar el pasado con los vernos irregulares, combia totalmente su raiz.

A continuación aprenderemos las estructuras gramaticales del pasado simple.

Forma afirmativa:

Pron + verb in past + complement.

I went to the concert.

He drank cold milk.

You Ate in the restaurant.

She Wrote love poems.

Forma negativa:

Pron + didn't + verb(present) + complement.

I didn't go to the concert.

He didn't drink cold milk.

You didn't eat in the restaurant.

She didn't write love poems.

Forma interrogativa:

Aux Did + pron + verb(present) + complement?

Did I go to the concert.

Did He drink cold milk?

Did you eat in the restaurant? Did She write love poems?

Actividad # 1 (Reading )

Read the following text and answer the questions with X (lea el siguiente texto y luego conteste las preguntas con una X ).

Diana lives in Barranquilla, one day Ana visited her sister. When her sister answered the door, Ana saw tears in her eyes. What is the matter? She asked. Diana said: " my cat Milo died last night and I have no place to bury him".

She began to cry again, Ana was very sad because She knew her sister loved the cat very much, suddenly Ana said " I can bury your cat in my garden in Cartagena and You can come and visit him sometimes" Diana stopped crying and the two sisters had tea together and a nice visit.

It was now four o' clock and Ana said it was time for her to go home. She waited a long time for the bus, when the bus arrived, She got on the bus and She began to read a newspaper, when the bus arrived, She got off the bus and walk for about five minutes, suddenly She remembered She forgot the box with her sister's cat on the bus.
