All proceeds from Comics Come Home will benefit The Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care which provides comfort, support and hope to adult and pediatric cancer patients and their families. This year’s lineup is hosted by Denis Leary and brings together the who’s who of the comedy world; Lenny Clarke, Jimmy Fallon, Mo Amer, Jared Freid, a first timer from Needham, MA, Lil Rel Howery, Robert Kelly, Juston McKinney, and Jeff Ross. BOSTON, MA (August 21, 2017) -- Comics Come Home, the longest-running comedy fundraiser in the nation, today announced the talented line-up of comedians who will give New England something to laugh about for a good cause. All proceeds from this year’s show will help complete the foundation’s pledge of 1.5 million for the construction of The Marlene Neely Gastroenterology Center, in memory of Cam Neely’s mother. The Marlene Neely Gastroenterology Center is the foundation’s eighth space . Since its inception in 1995, Comics Come Home has generated over $10.5 million. On average, $0.91 of every dollar raised by The Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care is

invested in essential programs, cutting-edge research and much-needed services based at Tufts Medical Center.

According to founder and president Cam Neely, the impact of Comics Come Home on the Foundation is real and measurable. “We are incredibly proud of Denis Leary and all of the great performers who have donated their time and talents over the past 22 years and have helped us make a monumental impact in the lives of a countless number of cancer patients and their families. We know that we are not able to achieve this alone- only together, which is why our partnership with the comedians taking part in this event is so important.”
