QDJ-1 Pneumatic Engraving Machine
Manual
This new self-designed engraver has advanced technologies. It has advantages of easy operation, high efficiency, adjustable speed & strength of the impact force, etc. It is widely used in various industries like jewelry, craft and wrought iron.

3. Installation
Pic. 2Pic.1: Connect large, small engraving handles and foot switch to the ports on faceplate.Pic.2: Insert the outlet pipe of air compressor into the inlet at the back of engraver. We also suggest installing a reducing valve and water filter between air compressor and engraver to improve performance.
4. Operation & Regulation(1) Switch off the pressure knob and rotary handle switch to avoid damage
on pressure gauge and reducing valve.(2) Plug in and switch on. (the indicator light will show)(3) Set the switch button to position 1 or 2(4) Adjust the air pressure and rotary speed, hold the engraving handle,
push the foot pedal down to maximum, slowly spin the pressure knob until the pressure gauge points to 1.5-2kg/cm2 , also, adjust the rotary speed at the same time to greaten the impact force, then push down the pressure knob.
(5) Loose the foot pedal, engraving handle will stop working, install the cutter as the picture below.
Pic.3(6) Work with the large/small engraving handle alternately; spin the rotary
handle switch to position 2 and 1.(7) Switch off the power when using rotary engraving handle, switch on the
rotary handle switch and adjust pressure knob.(8) Control the impact force (light to heavy) with the opening of foot pedal
(small to large).
5. Maintenance(1) After using for a period of time, please empty the water cup of reducing
valve at the back of engraver.(2) Apply some #10 machine oil into the large/small engraving handles.(3) In case of malfunctions, please contact professional technician instead
of disassembling the machine without guide.
