LLE - Process innovation LLE engraving system allows to engrave nickel printing screens with photographic quality, through laser polymerization of a photosensitive emulsion. The pattern is created trough an alteration of the emulsion molecular characteristics, primed by the exposition to the laser wave length.

Thanks to the high resolution, typical of the physical laser characteristic, “LLE” is particularly fit for create shaded patterns, nuances, degradé and to realize the most valuable fillets. “LLE” system can engrave both screens with or without ending rings, trough a changeable man-drel.
