Example: Budweiser beer is probably 3 times the price or more, we drin k Belikin Beer, “the beer of Belize”, and it’s excellent.You will find boat motors and motorcycles and various other things like shrimp and fish half the price or cer tainly a lot lower. Most people are not looking for just a condo,they want the lifestyle with it. Be lize is a huge attraction, not only because the Country is English speaking, the advancements in technology; has made the biggest impact. Getting out of the col d has been a very big motivator as well. We had several retirees and many young people move lately for the technology. Ma ny are working online with the high speed internet, others; are looking for a go od place to put their money with the ups and downs of the markets, property valu es have been stable here in San Pedro. Our inventory has been diversified and we now have a shortage of 3 and 4 bedrooms under 600K. When I say inventory, I mean FEE SIMPLE Title. All Real Estate is gone through a n attorney once we narrow down your search.We will help you threw the legalities , after you made your decision.We will explain all legalities before hand and wa lk you through the process.

There are so many different kinds of condo associations, subdivisions, and businesses, it would make your head spin. At Invest in Belize, we will know and familiarize your with the differences of areas and prices. Some condo’s will except pets and some won’t, some are money producing and want you to come at certain times of the year to maximize profits. We have clients that have written one check to purchase and never wrote one again for condo fees. Now they come every quarter, pick up a check and enjoy their investment at the same time. Others may rent outperiodically or not at all. We tell people to forget about the condo paying foritself. The condo’s normally go up in equity, to think a mortgaged condo will payfor itself is misleading, don’t believe any developer that tells you this, Just RUN.

We have been here since it was a fishing village, WE KNOW who is FULL OF IT andwho is not.
