FIBC - Corner Loop Bags

We manufacture Tunnel loops bag wherein loops are two continuous tunnels along the side of the FIBC (big bag/jumbo bag).
Our Bags makes it easy for one person to pick up and can therefore save labour.
Tunnel loop bags have two parallel loops running the top length of the bag and facilitate easy manipulation of the FIBCs with a fork-lift.

Cross Corner Tubular Bags
Cross corner bags have loops stitched on the body of the main fabric, sometimes with added with vertical fabric reinforcement.
These bags are preferred when the shape of the lifting loop becomes important.
This design is available with all sewing pattern, inlet/outlet design and various closure options.
Single Loop & Two Loop FIBC’s
1- and 2-Loop FIBCs are commonly recognized and acceptedas being the most cost effective form of packaging based on acost-to-weight transported ratio. A Q bag is a form-stable big bag fitted with an internalstructure (baffles). Block Bottom Bags
FIBC SILVASSA Block Bottom Bags are also known as AD*STAR Bags which are ideal for automated filling and packing cement and act as better substitute to the paper bags.
The brick-shaped PP woven sacks are produced without adhesives by heat-welding of the coating on the fabric.

Type D FIBC’s
Conductive small PP bag
Type D bags are helpful in safe dissipation ofelectrostatic charges without having to make provisionfor grounding or earthing connection. The bags can beused with safety for both earthed as well as unearthedproducts. The bags are manufactured by complyingwith the regulations defined for usage in storing andtransporting dry materials. Both coated as well asuncoated anti-static fabrics can be used formanufacturing these bags.
Conductive Small Bag are made from non-conductivepolypropylene fabrics interwoven with conducting threadstraditionally sewn in a grid pattern. These conducting threadsmust be electrically interconnected as well as connected to adesignated ground/earth during filling and discharging. Thisconnection to the ground/earth during filling and discharging isimperative to the safe use of Conductive small bag.

Gambo Liner
Aluminum Liner
Gambo liners are designed for products which areeasily effected by the environmental conditions and forproducts where space optimization is necessary.
These liners are produced according to theinternational CP pallet sizes or special customerrequests so that the big bag fits the pallet size and anyspace loss is prevented during storage andtransportation.
Gambo liners are available with conductive, antistatic,barrier and high resistant PE options
Aluminum LINERS are known to be the best oxygen & Gasbarrier, and preferred for transport and stocking ofhumidity/gas sensitive products.
It is suitable as a filing material for packaging to prevent nylon,plastic resin, chemical, and other raw materials from damping.

Net baffles Liner FIBC-Container liners
FIBC Bags with net baffles are constructed very similarly astraditional baffle bags and, in most cases, come in three differentconstruction options: circular, u-panel, and 4-panel. Instead ofpieces of fabric sewn into the bag to form the baffles,horizontally knitted yarns are sewn into the bag offering thesame stability as traditional baffle bags.
The value added of using a bag with net baffles is enabling theproduct/material to flow directly to the corners of the bag withease all the while still maintaining the form of the bag.
Big bags with net baffles are widely used for transporting andstoring soybean, corn and barley.

Discharge Option
Filling Option
FIBC bags have proven to be effective for storing and transporting a variety of products and materials and have also gained a reputation for being a versatile bulk packaging option. One customizable feature of flexible intermediate bulk containers is the bag's top/filling option. With multiple top/filling options, bags can be customized to fit your specific application and operation.
The discharge spout is on the bottom of the bulk bag that remains closed until you are ready to discharge the product. The spout is a great way to discharge product because it is controlled, direct, and does not destroy the bag while the product is being discharged.
The standard and most common type of loops. In each corner of the big bag is one loop. The bag can be lifted from the top by a forklift that has to catch all four loops.
Cross-corner big bags have loops that are sewn to eight points in opposite corners so that the loops have a larger opening. Certain users claim that it was easier to manipulate with this kind of loops. Cross-corner bags can be combined with all big bag types.
A special type of loops made from bag body fabric. Tunnels that are practical and easy to use by a forklift when transporting FIBC.
One and two loops are simpler and more economical than 4 loops on the corners and are mainly used for lifting bulk bags with smaller capacity (from 500 to 1000 kg).
