When National Projects & Construction LLC (NPC) was established in 2003, it was with a vision to provide unsurpassed contracting services to property developers in the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi and being part of Trojan Holding, we have had immense support from the company’s wide network that we belong to, as a result, today we are a rapidly growing contractor with projects ranging from high rise buildings to infrastructure necessities in some of the most prestigious projects in the capital.

Despite having grown by leaps and bounds and having achieved commendable success in our field, all of us at NPC continue to be driven by our vision to be recognized as the market leader in the region’s construction industry in the next five years and to establish inspired global interest in the field.

Nation TowersClient: International Capital TradingNation Towers is an exemplary addition to the capital’s skyline, located on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche. Nation Towers comprises of two towers that have world class facilities including a 5 star deluxe hotel, loft apartments, office space, retail area, recreational amenities, beach club and ample parking for residents and visitors. The bridge linking the two towers is considered to be the highest in the world.

Reem Island Phase 1, Zone DClient: Tamouh InvestmentsThese two residential towers on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, are on the North-Eastern side of the city, and is draped across 1,250 acres of land. The mixed development consists of residential towers, commercial offices and commercial retail towers as well as hotels, cultural and community facilities.

Pearl of the EmiratesClient: Tamouh InvestmentsWith 145,000m2 of total built up area this striking project houses many residential apartments and offices. It is linked to the adjacent towers by a sky bridge which leads to a podium level containing a swimming pool and children’s playground.

Plants and Equipments Owned by the CompanyNPC owns and operates a wide variety of machinery relevant to the industry. All equipment undergoes rigorous periodic safety check and maintenance to ensure workplace safety. Infrastructure DivisionNPC launched in 2007 the Infrastructure Division to construct the full spectrum and magnitude of infrastructure utilities, roads and bridges. The Division currently has AED3 billion worth of works in hand including the prestigious developments at Najmat and Rawdhat.

Ambulatory Healthcare CenterClient: Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA)The ambulatory NPC building will have 4 units with health care centres. The construction and maintenance of 4 units have been completed as well as all infrastructure services, paving and asphalt works within the project area.

Large Plant Division This department is key to both the Building Construction Division and the Infrastructure Division, and serves as their backbone, allowing them to produce the high quality and timely work that they do. To ensure that high and stringent standards are maintained across all existing commitments of this and other associated divisions, two fully-equipped workshops have been established – one at NPC’s headquarters in Mussafah and the other in Al Ain – allowing them to supply the extensive need for the Al Ain project as well as other contracts that are on hand. The two workshops also enable NPC to service and maintain the Large Plant Division to optimal levels.

Maintenance DivisionThe Maintenance Division is one of the most advanced in the industry, with access to all of the latest high technology servicing equipment. A highly skilled team of engineers and skilled labourers are available, who service and maintain all of NPC’s projects. The Division allows NPC to guarantee that all projects are maintained to NPC’s exacting standards of excellence.

MEP DivisionPresently NPC-MEP is an essential and active division and a source of sizable revenue for the company; winning projects in its own right. The Division has completed all the required Authority Licenses Certification and employs a qualified and experienced staff of approximately 2,500, allowing it to cover anywhere in the UAE and in the region. Over the years, the division has built up extensive depth of knowledge and expertise in execution and supervision of MEP works for a wide range of projects from high-rise and horizontal residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure and maintenance works.

LaboratoryThe Laboratory provides a broad range of laboratory services to the group’s divisions, including soil testing and analysis. This Division also carries out work for third party contractors.

Safety record NPC has implemented a strict safety plan which in 2013 led to an Accident Frequency Rate of 0.1, which is well below the international Benchmark (OSHA-1.7 & RIDDOR-1.6). The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certified and its quality manual is prepared in line with the international quality management standard.

NPC also complies with the Safety Code of Practice issued by the Abu Dhabi Authority.
