These Night Schools have churned out thousands of students and some of them turned out to be distinguished
Industrialists, Bankers, Lawyers, Doctors, Hospitality, Entrepreneurs, Chartered Accountants etc. The concept of
Night Schools, in fact, triggered social and educational progress of the society.

The sole objective of education cannot and must not be the creation of an Individual who though, he may single
mindedly pursue the faculty of his choice, ignores the Cultural aspects of education and his responsibilities to the
Society at large.
The Bunts Sangha Mumbai has traversed a long and arduous path from the days when it ran only two Night High
Schools to having now carved a niche for itself on the Academics map of the city of Mumbai, currently imparting
education to almost 10,500 students.
The hospitality industry is a 7.5 trillion dollar service sector within the global economy (till 2016). India's tourism and
hospitality industry has emerged as one of the key sectors driving the country's economy. India's tourism is thriving,
owing to a huge surge in both business and leisure travel by foreign and domestic tourists. Hotel Industry is closely
linked with travel and tourism industries. India is experiencing huge footfalls as a favorite vacation destination of
foreigners and Indians alike and the hotel industry is going into a tizzy working towards improving itself.
The Hospitality Industry is among the fastest growing industries and has witnessed manifold growth in the last
decade or more resulting in the creation of innumerable job opportunities for hospitality professionals. With such
rapid growth the industry is faced with a severe crunch of qualified, trained and skilled personnel.
I welcome you to embark on a voyage of hospitality learning and assure you that the kind of education we are going
to impart at the institute will go a long way in helping you make a mark for yourself in the industry and accomplish
your dreams and ambitions with panach.

The Hospitality Industry has grown manifold in India over the last decade, is facing a severe crunch of
qualified, trained and skilled personnel. There is a constant feedback from the Hotel Industry that Hotel

trends and happenings in the Industry. Therefore, the Bunts Sangha backed by the Shetty Community
with their immense and invaluable experience and contribution to the Hotel industry all over India, have
made a bold foray into Hospitality Education with initiation of Ramanath Payyade College of Hospitality
Management Studies at Kurla (East), opposite Buntara Bhavan, Mumbai 400 070.

assisting them to make a mark for themselves in the Hospitality Industry whilst accomplishing their
dreams and career ambitions.

Comment : When I joined RPH college, I had a shy and timid personality. Faculties being well trained and
experienced went out of their way to help me to achieve my desire and goals in hospitality industry with a
reputed five star hotel - St, Regis. In RPH, I was groomed and trained with strict discipline, hard work,
patience and love that help me to establish myself.
Comment : A college with a collage of best learning experience, well equipped kitchens, restaurant, classroom, front
office lab and housekeeping lab. In these 3 years of journey with RPH, I got opportunity to get trained in
Taj group of hotels. This journey helped me a lot in developing my career which made me a Tour Leader in
Kesari Tours. Also participation in all events enhanced my leadership qualities which I use in my current
job.
Comment : I Strongly believe that RPH is one of the best college. These three years with RPH were the amazing
years of my life. We were blessed with the best professors who guided us throughout the journey of
academic. RPH also provided study material which proved very beneficial for us. The best part was the
time of festival and events where we got a great platform to showcase our skills. Organizing such events
and making them successful was the biggest contribution in my life. This organizing events in college
inspired me to do the same in the hospitality industry and also received an award for it. All the credit goes
to the RPH for giving me this opportunity of utilizing my skills and realizing my potential. I enjoyed three
years of my life. I'm proud to have been a part of RPH because it has been a pioneer in my all round
development during this tenure.
Comment : It is my honour to talk about 3 years of memories in RPH College. For the better part of my life RPH has
been my second home. Everything has been heard & said over the years, all I know but friends, one thing I
would like to tell you here that whatever I am today is because of my right attitude and approach which I
have learnt from the past three years in RPH.
I like to thank my College which takes in every year a group of uncultured minds & sends out every year a
batch of refined individuals each with unique character & ambition for his/her life ahead. This difficult task
of chiselling is done by our beloved teachers.
Today being one of the outgoing students, I hope I make my teachers & parents proud of me.
It’s a ruthless world out there! The elders say, people will not hesitate to trample you but, I believe that
along with the required skills, one needs to be a good human being to succeed professionally &
personally. This is what I have learnt here. It goes without saying, my life would not have been same
without my college.
Thank you so much Teachers & Friends for your valuable contribution.
Comment : When I first came to RPH College my expectations were high, and I was the most excited person in the
world. Fresh out with 1000 dreams and I wanted to accomplish them all. I am happy to say that all my
dreams have accomplished here and I feel ready to take my next steps into the world. Thank you Principal
you've been inspirational. The biggest thank you to all to all my lecturers over the years. You were the best
I could ever hope for!
