Rosenberg has been a practicing attorney in Southern California, Washington D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland for over three decades and has been practicing family law since 1989. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and received her J.D. cum laude from the Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, D.C. Ms. Rosenberg was awarded a Dean’s Fellowship and served on the Law Review. Following her law school career, Ms. Rosenberg served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Harold H. Greene, United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to practicing family law, Ms. Rosenberg litigated for the United States Department of Energy, for which she received a Commendation Award from the department recognizing her achievement in winning the largest litigation award at that time in United States history. Ms. Rosenberg has also taught at the University of Baltimore. In May of 2003, Ms. Rosenberg was recognized by Vogue Magazine as a Top Lawyer for Women in Maryland. With these extraordinary credentials, Ms. Rosenberg is equally comfortable trying a family law case as well as participating in the mediation of a family law dispute. In both instances, she brings her considerable litigation experience in the courtroom, knowledge of the law, practical-minded judgment and insight into the client's needs to bear on her role as both an advocate and a problem solver.
