We were founded from a growing need in the marketplace to provide a wider demographic of Australians affordable housing options. ‘Country Living Magazine’ reports on research that suggests, Tiny Home communities are the ‘next biggest thing.’ http://www.countryliving.com/real-estate/a40069/tiny-house-village-trend/?src=socialflowFB

As such we are the lead company in a consortium of specialised Australian companies who are passionate and dedicated professionals coming together to manufacture eco-friendly, environmentally sustainable and affordable ‘Tiny Homes’ allowing you to ‘live where you love - and love where you live.’

Whether you’re just starting out in life, work from home, require transitional work related housing, or are gravitating towards more organic sustainable lifestyles looking to downsize and simplify your life - you are becoming part of our growing buyer demographic.

Smart investors recognise the opportunities a strategically placed Tiny Home on their property creates, providing upmarket, self-contained accommodation solutions to Uni students, as holiday homes, granny flats, overflow accommodation for visiting family and friends or making upwards of $400/night renting your Tiny Home on AirBnb?

Wayfarer Tiny Homes are architecturally designed and engineered using composite panel technology like those used in the construction of Superyachts. This makes them strong and lightweight with insulation and in-built heat transfer mitigation.

Wayfarer Tiny Homes unique floor to ceiling ‘window walls’ create majestic views and are designed to be open, airy and flooded with natural light. Northerly placement of your tiny home takes advantage of passive solar heating during the winter months, while cross flow ventilation and use of second story louvre windows creates a natural convective cooling effect in the summer.

Careful environmental considerations were given to long-term use of our Tiny Homes.

Use of a waterless composting toilet manages bio-organic waste while saving you money by not having to flush away tens of thousands of litres of water per year. Grey water used in the home’s shower, sink and washing machine are collected for processing in an on-board greywater treatment plant. High organically loaded waste water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher goes through a two stage process before being released back into the environment as clean water that can be recycled into vegetable gardens or to water lawns - just the way nature intended.

The interior of the Wayfarer Tiny Home has a chef inspired kitchen (2.4m x 2.3m) with full sized, in-built appliances and recycling bins with an overwhelming amount of functional upper and lower cabinet storage space. We are able to provide several options for appliances with SMEG and Hafele official appliance partners with Wayfarer Tiny Homes providing quality, chic Italian appliances.

The central portion of the home features a bright open space with soaring vaulted ceilings flanked by opposing window walls that are 4.2m wide and 3.5m high, made using modern look polished aluminium extruded frames and 6mm Plexiglas. This not only provides long lines of sight to give you the illusion it is much larger than it is, it physically opens up the house completely blurring the lines between interior and exterior uses of space.

A multi-use sit-up benchtop feature, provides additional preparation space for the kitchen, a laptop workspace by day, dining for 4 at meal time and a pop up entertainment area by way of an in-cabinet flat screen TV on a remote control riser.

At the other end of the home are two ‘His & Hers’ wardrobes that provide a plethora of clothes storage and form the entranceway to the bathroom.

The bathroom boasts a full sized tub and shower, composting toilet, sink and vanity, with an in-built 7.5kg washing machine with practical laundry folding facilities above.

Queen sized sleeping lofts sit above the kitchen and the bathroom and are ladder accessed. Our ‘B’ Model version maintains the two lofts and provides additional main floor sleeping space for those not wanting to climb ladders.

The Wayfarer Tiny Home is connected to power, water and cable (if available) through a ‘plug and play’ system giving the option of having on-site WiFi. With an on-board power conversion panel, simply plug into any 10a electrical outlet with an extension cord. No need for an electrician. Hot water is generously supplied through an LPG powered, on demand hot water system that will never leave you out in the cold.

Future plans are already in place for a completely ‘off-grid’ model and we anticipate that model to enter the market within the first 12 months.

Every model is exactly the same in terms of layout. We have 2 x staff interior designers that are able to assist you with a number of optional choices including interior colours, textures, fittings and flooring choices that enable you to customise your very own Tiny Home.

We are currently on target to have a fully operational ‘show home’ available for viewing and for sale before Christmas. We are offering pre-release and off the plan sales with a $10,000 discount to guarantee early 2017 delivery of your Tiny Home.

We have had a tremendous response to our product range and we anticipate rapid expansion to all States of Australia. If you currently sell a complimentary product or are simply interested in the Tiny House Movement and see the enormous revenue potential of available dealership opportunities, please feel free to reach out to me.
