Electric controller

This device can push waste tires and plastic blocks into the reactor automatically, and also pull the steel wire out of the reactor through steel hook.

1,Reactor after painting

Firstly, use the auto feeder to charge waste tires or plastic into the reactor, 2600mm×6600mm for 10tons consumption of the raw material.

2,Catalyst tank with 2 rooms

When heating the reactor at 150°C, hot oil gas starts to flow into the catalyst room, and some chemical reactions may occur inside it.

Cooling pipe

Then oil gas goes through the top cooling pipe, which has a outer layer full of cooling water. It is used to drop down the hot temperature of oil gas.

Oil-water separator

Next step the oil gas goes into the oil-water sepatator,and about 60% oil gas to be cooled down and converted into the heavy crude oil.

New designed horizontal condenser

The rest of oil gas comes into 2 sets of bigger horizontal condensers to be further cooled down and about 35% gas to be converted into light crude oil.

*Increased heat- exchange area by 3 times;* Improved crude oil output by 10% more.

Oil tank

The oil will be stored in the big oil tanks with 2000 litter volume for each.

Anti-back fire device

This safety device is filled by high level water,it can prevent the buring gas from returning back to the reactor, burning gas is used to heat the reactor.

Negative pressure device

Vacuum pump and buffer tank can suck the higher gas pressure inside the reactor and ensure the entire system at the safe status.

Main Dust remover device

There are many high pressure water jets on the top, fuel smoke and dust may flow from bottom to up and can be rained and cleaned inside.

Combined chimney pipe with dedusting box

This combined chimney can finally remove tail smoke and strong odor caused by the fuel (coal or wood) burning.
