Decmil was awarded a contract for the installation of in-ground services, landscaping and construction of buildings and facilities for the village.
The scope of works included the following:Installation of in-ground services, landscaping and the following permanent transportable buildings:
◻ 400 x three room and 40 x four room accommodation units (total 1320 rooms), laundries, crushed ice and chiller rooms
◻ Facilities management office and crib building
◻ Communication nodes ◻ Gatehouse/security/first aid building
and EPCM facilities
Design and installation of temporary central facilities including:
◻ Dry mess and wet mess ◻ Administration office ◻ First aid room ◻ Gymnasium ◻ Ablution blocks ◻ Ice rooms
Design and construction of recreation facilities including:
◻ Cricket pitch ◻ 2 multipurpose courts ◻ Golf driving booths ◻ Putting/chipping green ◻ Swimming pool
Design and construction in-situ: ◻ Industrial Buildings including: ◻ Bulk storage building ◻ Facilities management maintenance
workshop ◻ Bus shelters ◻ Undercover ambulance parking bay ◻ Waste management facility
Design and construction of the water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant.
