Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address,occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

The first $2,800 of each contribution from an individual and the first $5,000 from amulticandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Warnock for Georgia and will be designatedto the special general runoff election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from an individual and

the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the Georgia Federal Elections Committee.A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant.

The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
