On Monday, April 10, 2017, Mayor Bowser , residents, commissioners and a host of government agencies walked the Georgia Ave. corridor between Madison St. NW and Kansas Ave. NW. The purpose of the walk was to identify key issues and hear residents and business owners concerns. This report outlines those efforts in detail. This report has been sent to each agency for completion and follow up. The (MOCRS) Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services will follow up with the identified agencies in a 30, 60, and 90 day check-in period. The Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services will then update the community at each checkpoint period until all issues have been resolved.
