ITT runs the servers where this bid was supposedly not seen. Not only did SSgt Read throw away this bid, but he threw away another winning bid. LCLLC was the lowest bid by $ 30,000.on 23 NOV 2009 SSgt Read acknowledge the bid. Where did our bid go SSgt Read. What was the motivation to deny the U.S. Government the lowest bid. Not one but 2 bids were thrown out. The other contractor was told only one of two emails came through. SSgt Read never did his due diligence to find the bid. Read the documents for yourself and judge.
