A NOTE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER

As we head into Round 6, we approach an exciting weekend all about our talented and much valued Juniors. They are the future of our Club and we don’t take their development or progress within the game lightly. Our investment of time and focus is what will help grow the game from the bottom up and this week promises to be another enjoyable day down at Rat Park celebrating them.

Every player who takes the field runs on with fond memories of their junior club and their own personal pathway to first grade. Our Juniors Day conjures up nostalgic notions of our own affiliation with our Juniors Clubs but also instills both confidence and fond expectation of the great talent coming through.

From a business perspective, the Warringah Rugby Club is working really hard at pushing NSWRU and the ARU to align with us on our plight to invest and develop our Juniors and to ensure that we have the right resources and programs in place to grow rugby for the generations to come.
