Success!Success!Success!Success!

Thank you to our team of volunteers who helped our Tournament Chairmen, Dave Piotrowski and Cash Hicks, organize another day of fun & fellowship on the golf course. This year’s event set the record for both number of players and for proceeds since the event’s inception in 2010. Over 140 players participated and this year’s event raised over $33,000 for our school. Proceeds of the St. Rita Golf Classic help support initiatives of the Booster Club and Dads Club, as well as pro-grams, special events and/or other expenses of St. Rita Catholic School.

Our newly formed Campus Ministry team lead the school in a "Living Rosary" to kick-off Advent. Over forty 8th grade students volun-teered to serve our school in this new ministry lead by Mindy Hatzmann and Mi-chael Wixted. The team meets periodically during their lunch period to plan events.

Save the date! The 2018 St. Rita Golf Classic will be held on October 19 at Brookhaven Country Club.

It was another fun-raising suc-cess for the Parents Club at Bowl-a-Palooza 2.0. Proceeds of the Parents Club fundraising events such as Bowl-a-Palooza help support numerous events and programs that benefit our students, our school families and our faculty and staff. We are so thankful for the team of volun-teers, too numerous to name, who helped Parents Club Presi-dent Ashley Civello make this novel event such a fun night for our school parents and friends.
