The Terrific Trio from Washington — Susan Strandberg, Denese Fischer and Shari Ba-con (AKA The Kluver Girls) — are really excit-ed about the whole “Shake & Make-Over” concept. They arranged to have Triple Diamond Lisa Hill return to Spo-kane in early December to do two meetings.
Denese explains: “Our Friday evening meeting is for our ‘planning group’ of seven Distribu-tors, each of whom is bringing three guests. Many of the guests are salon/spa owners who will be just as excited about ‘Shake & Make-Over’ as we are! We all want to watch how Lisa does one of these meet-ings, so we can throw
our own ‘Shake & Make-Over’ parties.“ On Sat-urday, the planning group will lead a combi-nation Shake & Make-Over party and Oppor-tunity meeting with Dad Denny Kluver. “All of us see the ’Shake & Make-Over’ party con-cept as a valuable in-road to expand our busi-ness,” Denese says.

As year-end approach-es, it seems as though 2012 has flown by in the blink of an eye. Although it
has been another challenging year for the domestic U. S. economy, we at Stemtech introduced several business building tools and initia-tives that are cre-ating very positive trends for momen-tum and business growth all across the country.
One of the most popular
building initiatives is the lucrative TeamBuilder Bo-nus program (TBB), which has spiked weekly income for those who are actively enrolling Business Builders with the TeamBuilder Pack. We have seen amazing earnings in a number of markets where the TBB is available.

The current movement toward general acceptance of stem cell nutrition bodes well for Stemtech and all our Dis-tributors in the coming year and beyond.

Dermastem was first and foremost designed to be effective at giving your skin a more radiant and youthful appearance. The fact that it is also 100% natural makes DermaStem all the more precious for your skin and unique in the mar-ketplace.
To understand the meaning and to appreci-ate the uniqueness of a product that is ALL NAT-URAL, we must under-stand how skin care products are made. All skin care products are essentially blends of oil and water, with some additional active com-pounds that can be “more or less natural.” As everyone knows, oil and water do not mix, so it is essential to use emulsifiers to blend the
water and oil components of a serum. An emulsifier works much the same as a soap does: Dissolving the grease and dirt on your skin, then dissolv-ing in water when rinsed. With skin care products, the emulsifier dissolves the natural oil of your skin, literally washing off your skin’s natural pro-tective layer, resulting in the skin’s increased wa-ter loss and dehydration. With most “moisturizers,” you are actually drying your skin over time!
Using a natural non-drying emulsifier is ex-tremely important when you want to rejuvenate your skin. Dermastem uses an olive oil deriva-tive and a proprietary method to create an emulsion without the use of a chemical emulsifier.
Preserving a blend of oil and water extracts from bacterial growth in skin care products is gen-erally done with para-bens; but questions as to the safety of parabens have been raised. Other antimicrobial ingredients such as phenoxyethanol and benzyl benzoate are alternatives, but they are potential skin irritants, as are other pseudo-natural alternatives, such as ethylhexylglycerin and glyceryl laurate.
Looking to nature for antimicrobials, we found flower extracts that can provide enough antimicro-bial activity to keep Der-mastem fresh and active for more than a year.

When we were devel-oping StemSport Ad-vanced Formula, we be-gan with two “givens”:
