Prestige Atlantic investing into additional office property With two newly purchased office lot, we are now having a total of 3,000 sq ft office space. It is about 3 times the size comparing to the current one. For the next few months, we are expecting massive renovation where it will be equipped with fingerprint access security, WIFI system, new flooring, plaster ceiling, lighting, furniture, air-conditioning system, etc. The key decision of the investment is to provide a bigger office space for increasing workforce. This is also part of our continued effort to create a better working environment in order to further increase productivity, improve efficiency and better customer service. This change also is able to rejuvenating our company image especially the company is moving towards an international market through out South East Asia. At the same period of time, we sorted out all the old PCs, Printer, Scanner, Modem, etc with original purchased value which is more than RM 60,000 and donating them to The Salvation Army (Home Children).

TCG Rengo Subang (M) Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of SCG), Subang, Malaysia TCG Rengo Subang successfully implemented on Dec 2008 to run CPS/Enterprise Paper Roll Management to achieving roll stock control (both full and butt roll), shorter time for month-end stock taking and at the same providing full accountability of roll stock. Roll stock operation at the Corrugator’s wet-end is manages by using Radio Frequency equipments such as Access Point and Radio Frequency Mobile Computer. Data is real time updating to back-end UNIX server without any manual data uploading. Each Roll is given unique barcode ID to be scanned by the Radio Frequency Mobile Computer to perform data-entry such as consumption, transfer, butt roll return, stock-take, etc. The equipments deployed are: . Motorola AP5131 Radio Frequency Station with capability to provide 80-100 meters coverage. Motorola MC3090 Mobile Computer powered with Radio Frequency connection, built-in barcode scanner and built-in Thin Client software for UNIX connectivity. It is also designed for factory environment which capable to stand 4-feet fall on concrete. HP Jet Direct Print Server to provide easy management and increase printing performance. HP P2015 Laser Jet Print to print Roll Stock A4 Label with barcode. We are adopting HP PCL (Printer Control Language) to program driver to print barcode.

Guang Heng has invested RM 160,000 into our newly rolled-out e-Pack (an ERP solution cater for flexible packaging industries) and HP integrity UNIX enterprise server package - to lower down their operation cost, to make better decision and enhance efficiency. PT Sentralindo, Jakarta, Indonesia Our business partner in Jakarta, Vertical Business Solutions was successfully implemented CPS/Enterprise Paper Roll Management for PT Sentralindo. The project commenced in Oct 2008 and completed in Dec 2008. We have performed some localization development to cater in Bahasa Indonesia for the Paper Roll Purchase Order, Barcode Label, GRN, etc.
